Aged 7 years in Limousin oak. The first 7 months in new oak barrels to create the vanilla flavor and then in lightly charred (5 to 40-year-old) barrels.
Wood aromas of blond tobacco, nuts and honey on the nose followed by smooth fruity peach, orange, nuts, honey and tobacco flavors with a lot of delicacy.
Perfect neat, on the rocks or in a French Old Fashioned!
