A citrusy crusher with some heft. This easy drinker is built on a sturdy base of wheat, 2-row, and a touch of crystal and honey malts. Thoughtfully hopped with Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin. Fresh orange rind, white wine, and juicy grapefruit dominate the palate while the wheat forward malt ensemble creates a lovely smooth landing. The perfect beer for late summer star gazing. Some of those stars are long dead. Don’t think too hard about it.
