Frontera After Dark Chardonnay has a nice pale yellow coloring which is matched nicely with an intense aroma of fruit. Strong notes of apple, pear, papaya and pineapple on the nose with some additional subtle notes of butter and wood as well. The palate is refreshing, soft, balanced and slightly sweet that pairs nicely as a cocktail, with desserts, fruits and sweet pastries in general. Majority hand-picked during the months of March and April and then quickly aged in stainless steel tanks for 2 months to ensure peak freshness.
