Bodega Finca los Aljibes doesn't just grow the usual Spanish varieties - they also grow international classics like Cabernet Sauvignon, which thrive in the hot, dry area region of Castilla-La Mancha and are conducive to organic viticulture. The area is also known for its great values, since it's still not as well known as, say, Rioja or Toro. The winery blended and aged the juice in steel tanks to preserve the fresh flavors and elegance of the fruit, resulting in a smooth, easy-drinking wine with concentrated flavors of blackberry, currant, dark cherry, and dried earth on the palate.
