Pale Fire Salad Days American two row barley and malted rye provide the canvas for pungent Amarillo and Simcoe hops to mingle with their house Saison yeast. Notes of grapefruit, peach, and bubblegum dance out of the glass and mellow into a refreshingly tart, dry finish.

Flying Dog Bellini Weisse is a berliner style ale brewed with peach puree, and finished with peach natural flavor.

Goose Island Next Coast IPA has big, bracing, piney hop flavors that meet a tropical bouquet of Nugget, Citra, and Mosaic hops. There’s a balanced bitterness that blends seamlessly into the light to medium body.


Sly Fox Baby Sparkles is a Pottstown-style IPA. A healthy dose of flaked oats gives the beer its namesake sparkle, while a double dry-hopping of El Dorado, Simcoe, and Citra ratchets this juicy hype bomb up to 11.

Neshaminy Creek Mudbank Milk Stout is brewed with a hefty amount of 2-Row barley, as well as Victory, Munich, and Carapils malt. We round it out with some lactose sugar and flaked oats for sweetness and body. While the hops in this beer certainly don’t play a central role, we balance all that malt with a good dose of East Kent Goldings, Fuggles, and Willamette hops.

Pale Fire Loop & Lil is a Belgian Tripel seeded with the flavors of orange peel and coriander. Saaz and Northern Brewer hops unite with a varied malt bill that includes Pilsner and aromatic malts. The result is a fine-tuned balance of spicy citrus and earthy herbal flavors.
