Wine Line Up:

PINOT GRIGIO: Unmistakable aromas of lemongrass, grapefruit and honeysuckle reveal the ocean influence of our Santa Barbara County vineyards. A hint of minerality frames a crisp palate of lush ripe pear, apple and tangerine. A classic food wine.

SAUVIGNON BLANC: A classic Santa Barbara County Sauvignon Blanc with exhilarating aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Clean and crisp on the palate, with gooseberry, tangerine and a touch of minerality. Don’t miss the zingy acidity and a lightly tart finish.

PINOT NOIR: A delicate, perfumed Pinot Noir, indicative of the sea-swept vines at our Los Alamos Vineyard in Santa Barbara County. A palate of bright red cherry and cranberry is balanced by a subtle oak character. A beautifully balanced wine with vibrant acidity.

UNOAKED CHARDONNAY: A blend of tropical aromas and citrus flavors from the ocean-swept fruit at our Los Alamos Vineyard in Santa Barbara County. A zesty palate of stone fruit and green apple is framed by citrus notes and a lively finish. A pure expression of coastal Unoaked Chardonnay.

ROSÉ: A fragrant nose of wild strawberries and dried rose petals, echoing the ocean’s whisper across our Monterey County vineyards. A refreshing acidity balances the bright, juicy cherry and ripe raspberry flavors on the palate. This one belongs at every summer table.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Our Paso Robles vineyards deliver rich aromas of black plum and cherry in this Cabernet. A layered, complex palate of ripe blackberry and black cherry is framed by hints of spicy oak on the finish. An ideal food wine, with its superb balance of acidity and oak.
