New Arrivals This Week!

Game of Thrones Scotch Whiskies Have Arrived!

Monument City Brewing Wood Stove Imperial Stout is a bold, rich stout with intense dark chocolate, caramel and roasted malt flavors. At 10% this imperial stout will keep you warm all winter long.

AleSmith Brewing and Stone Brewing made Gregarious Nature IPA and the beer will pay tribute to the “classic” San Diego-style IPA. “This easy-drinking brew will put you in a friendly mood with it’s assertive notes of citrus, pine and grapefruit.”

AleSmith’s Double Red IPA, previously known as Winter YuleSmith, offers up an intense hop aroma combined with a well-balanced, full bodied, caramel-malt sweetness. A variety of American hops burst with flavors of pine and citrus complimenting the substantial malt backbone to deliver a full-flavored ale with layers of complexity.

Sierra Nevada Northern Hemisphere was the first wet hop ale and it inspired the wet hop craze in America. Wet—undried—hops go straight from the fields into our kettles within 24 hours. Because hops are incredibly perishable, using hops wet preserves all of the precious oils and resins for a unique drinking experience as evidenced by the intense herbal green flavors and citrus-like and floral aromas.

Lagunitas Brewing Co. Willettized Coffee Stout is made with Kentucky’s own Willett Distillery Bourbon barrels and their Imperial Stout. It’s a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing.

SOUTHERN TIER SCIENCE IS THE ART COLLECTION PARADOX OF THE POWERFUL | RELEASE FOUR | UNFILTERED DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE "The swan song of our Science is the Art Collection, Paradox of the Powerful, is hopped six ways from Sunday. We hit it with a dose of Mosaic hops in the kettle on its way to the whirlpool, then we open the floodgates and soak whole flower Mosaic in the hopsack at over 1/2 A pound per barrel. We lace the fermenters with Citra and Simcoe hop dust over the course of several days to produce juicy tropical flavors and aromas. Notes of grapefruit and berries coupled with low IBU make this a crusher, much like our space heroine." -Brewer Master

Available for a limited time only in November!

Two Roads Holiday Ale Biere De Garde is inspired by the little known Biere de Noel style, a subset of Biere de Garde, both of which originated on small farmhouse breweries in the north of France. Biere de Noel, which translates as “Christmas Beer," tends to exhibit a more malty profile than a typical Biere de Garde.

Only available for the few weeks leading up to Christmas!

New Arrivals This Week!

STONES MIKHAIL (2018 STONE TOTALITARIAN IMPERIAL RUSSIAN STOUT AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS W/ ESPRESSO BEANS) has an intense coffee characteristics abound from both the dark malts and the espresso, while rich caramel-like and vanilla notes from the bourbon barrel aging adds layers of complexity, a touch of sweetness and a vibrant dark fruit finish.

STONE XOCOVEZA MOCHA STOUT Time spent in bourbon barrels gave an already complex beer even more complexity and flavor intensity, layering additional caramel-like and vanilla flavors on top of those already present. Aromas of rich coffee and dark chocolate are followed by nutmeg and cinnamon; a lush, heavy mouthfeel laden with charred oak and toffee engulfs the palate on the first sip. Lingering pasilla pepper and soft oak flavors persist through an exceptionally long finish in this intensely rich and satisfying beer.

STONE MOJAY IPA is a tropical, juicy, orange and citrus, subtle spice, bright fruit character with a nice bitter finish. This year marks the 10th American Homebrewers Association Rally held at Stone and the hazy New England-style IPA has descended upon the craft beer industry. To put a familiar twist on this new trend, fiancés Corey Magers and Elizabeth Bakas went for an East-West hybrid, brewing a hazy hop bomb with more bitterness than a typical NEIPA. Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops elicit a fresh-squeezed OJ quality, in a combination of pellet hops and cryo hops for more clean flavors and less roughness. Mosaic + OJ = Mojay. Forget mimosas – this one is perfect for a lazy Sunday.

Opaque black in color, with notes of espresso, chocolate, dark toffee and hints of blackstrap molasses. The English hop varieties provide a subtle herbal dryness, and the beer finishes with a hearty slab of roasty espresso. Pair Marshal Zhukov’s with mushroom solyanka, dark chocolate, cherries and ground wars in Russia.”

Allagash Brewing Pictavia: “(the former name of Scotland) has sweet honey and caramel notes balanced by oak and a light tart bitterness. It’s brewed with Special B, Munich, pale, and Caramel malt in addition to roasted barley and our two row blend. It’s then hopped exclusively with Northern Brewer.
