Tacherons 'Pour Josh' is Ancona's tribute to Josh Adler, who left us too soon. Among other things, Josh was a visionary, a lover of wine, and the founder of the Paris Wine Company, a thoughtful importer that Ancona's has worked with closely for years. Both the Tacherons Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are humble captures that showcase what quality farming and no-fuss vinification are capable of' they deliver simple but very pleasurable bottlings at a great value. With just a hint of oak, the Pinot is marked by ripe Bing cherries, warm spices, and wisps of stone and tea. It will prove to be a flawless partner for salmon, charcuterie and casseroles
