Sketchbook Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of summer herbs and dried red fruits carry through to flavors of red cherries and subtle oak on the palate. A solid, but not overpowering, tannic structure, rich with fruit, leads to a lingering finish with hints of cedar, sage and light herbs. Perfect for enjoying on its own or with a meal.

Serve with grilled Portobello mushroom burgers, leg of lamb, or a juicy ribeye steak topped with Gorgonzola.
